Environmental Engineer with a focus on energy and territory, he has been with Graziella since 2023 after a three-year experience as an energy solutions technician. He serves as a project manager for developing photovoltaic systems. He has been published for his work on energy diagnosis for the Arezzo waste-to-energy plant.
With over 15 years of experience in administration and accounting. During her decade-long activity in Graziella, Alessia has also acquired an in-depth knowledge of the regulations and compliance related to operational renewable energy plants (GSE, customs, guarantees of origin, and ARERA).
At G-Smart since 2022, Andrea is the company's point of reference for energy efficiency interventions, overseeing management from the contractual/documentary phase to the construction phase.
In G-Smart since 2015, Cirò is an expert in the design of electrical systems and in the realization/management of photovoltaic systems, also taking care of authorization and connection practices.
Since 2023, Giovanni has been part of G-Smart, specializing in building automation and both technical and decorative lighting for residential, hospitality, and industrial environments. He oversees the entire process—from design to commissioning—managing systems for home automation, lighting, alarms, and video surveillance, while also providing regular support to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Energy engineer, Giulia has been with Graziella Green Power since 2019 where she gained experience in site management for the construction of photovoltaic systems and energy efficiency interventions. She is currently responsible for contracts for photovoltaic systems and project manager for the development of geothermal plants.
Since 2024, Michela has been with Graziella Green Power, bringing over a decade of experience in business management. She is responsible for procurement operations and oversees the company’s management system, monitoring and controlling purchasing and sales flows. She also handles the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the acquisition of land designated for new photovoltaic plant projects.
