At Graziella Green since 2022 after 25 years in investment banking where he also served as Head of Project Finance Italy for UniCredit and Head of Infrastructure Financing for Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. During his banking experience, Giuseppe particularly structured financing and project bond operations to support renewable projects for about 10 GW.

CEO at G-Smart Solution since 2018, he has gained over 20 years of technical and commercial experience in the installation of lighting systems, home automation, and video surveillance, in the construction of photovoltaic projects, and in carrying out energy efficiency interventions on industrial and residential buildings also in the context of eco-bonuses.

After a long experience in production and sales management in another industrial sector, Valentina took over in 2023 the responsibility for the organization and personnel in G-Smart, contributing to the digitalization of the administrative procedures of the green division.

Graduated in Geological Sciences from the University of Florence, in over 40 years of activity in the geothermal energy sector, he has acquired technical and managerial skills for project development, holding managerial positions also at an international level. Since 2013, he has been serving as CEO and Technical Director of Magma Energy Italia s.r.l. and since 2023 as Sole Director of Rete Geotermica Toscana s.r.l., the Holding Group companies operating in the geothermal sector.
